How to get the latest Bitrix form results?

It is necessary after filling out and submitting the form to send the results to 1C. I am writing a handler for the onAfterResultAdd event in init.php. Question: how to get these same results after resultadd?
onAfterResultAdd -- The handler is not expected to return any values.
GetByID -- you need to specify the result ID
GetDataByID -- you need to specify the result ID
Well, or how to get the very last ID?
