How to get telegram bot voice message?

Hello. I sent a voice message to the bot, the telegram sent me an array to the server, where there is:

file_id
file_unique_id
duration
mime_type
file_size

I tried to do something like this,
https://api.telegram.org/file/$token/$file_id
but I got the following response:

{"ok":false,"error_code":404,"description":"Not Found"}

And what am I doing wrong? Despite the fact that the documentation does not describe this moment at all.
