How to get specific discounts applied to a product in sale.basket.basket?

The $arResult variable contains the $arResult["APPLIED_DISCOUNT_LIST"] array, which contains all applied discounts to products.
There is an array $arResult["ITEMS"]["AnDelCanBuy"] which lists all products, their prices before and after applying discounts, but I can't find information specifically which discounts from $arResult["APPLIED_DISCOUNT_LIST"] have changed for a particular product.

How can I get this information, for example, through the API?
