How to get screenshots on appthwack using uiautomator framework?

There is a jar file (uiautomator) with tests for apk that takes screenshots after certain actions. When running the test on a device, screenshots are saved in "/sdcard," however, screenshots in the cloud are not included in the report.
the official documentation suggests using
In order for AppThwack to correctly pull in your screenshots, use SCREENSHOT_LOCATION = '/sdcard/uiautomator-screenshots/' ( https://appthwack.com/docs/uiautomator)
doesn't work.
