How to get rid of watermark problems?

I did not find a travel program for imposing watemark in ubuntu, but according to the manual on a foreign site I executed the command

ffmpeg -i pic.mp4 -i logo.png -filter_complex -strict -2 "overlay=20:20" pic1.mp4

everything worked fine. But as long as there is no sound in the video, I recorded a full-fledged video as ffmpeg gave an error:

The encoder 'aac' is experimental but experimental codecs are not enabled, add '-strict -2' if you want to use it.

How to deal with it, and how to enable this AAS codec?
