How to get rid of WARNING: Please Clear CMOS if system display after overclocking warning in BIOS?
For some time the processor worked without cooling, after which the cooler was replaced to cool the processor. Now Windows 8.1, if it starts, then turns off after a few seconds, after which a warning Please clear CMOS if system display after overclocking was detected in the BIOS. Then the clock battery was replaced and the BIOS was updated.

You need to reset CMOS.
apparently still CMOS is not reset. find on mat. board something like "CLR_CMOS" - it should be a jumper. Usually reset by moving the jumper to another position and back.
