How to get rid of Surfbuyer and Mackeeper pop-ups?

Hello.
I recently downloaded a new version of CleanMyMac, and after installing it in chrome (and any other browser), some kind of hell began to happen with pop-ups and ads when opening new tabs. Surfbuyer and MacKeeper. I googled and cleaned the system according to the instructions, then I did the same with Chrome (added a new user, cleared cookies, reset the settings) Partially helped (now mackeeper appears less often), but still it has not gone away.
Has anyone had a similar problem? And if so, how did you decide?

Why do you need CleanMyMac? this is one office software

Is tulza free? It is quite possible that she put these things "in the load", as a "payment" - this is very often practiced - there is an inconspicuous checkmark in the installer that needs to be removed .
