How to get rid of strange artifacts in IE 11?

I have IE 11 strangely rendering thumbnails of all formats. When I open an image in full size in a separate tab, the browser shows it without artifacts. I noticed that artifacts do not always appear, but at a certain position of the scroll. Feeling that this is some kind of anti-aliasing bug. I thought that these were hardware problems (I run IE in a virtual machine, the computer is weak), but on another computer the bug repeated itself. What could it be and how can it be fixed?
