How to get rid of problem in vagrant: Remote connection disconnect?

Vagrant for some reason recently suddenly started to load for a very long time. It turned out that he was trying to connect somewhere there, and he did not succeed. I see these logs:

homestead-7: Warning: Remote connection disconnect. Retrying...
    homestead-7: Warning: Remote connection disconnect. Retrying...
    homestead-7: Warning: Remote connection disconnect. Retrying...

After maybe 20 lines, it finally loads. Altogether about 10 minutes. What kind of garbage is this and can it be turned off or fixed? Previously, there was a maximum of 1-2 lines and it turned on, but now it tries and tries to the bitter end. It still doesn't work, it looks like this:

Timed out while waiting for the machine to boot. This means that
Vagrant was unable to communicate with the guest machine within
the configured ("config.vm.boot_timeout" value) time period.
