How to get rid of graphics artifacts in Chromium on linux Mint?

After some update in chrome, if you lock the screen, then after unlocking the entire browser in artifacts, like the same bug with a scarf on Windows, everything floats and rides. Tried to do a reinstall of chromium - helps, up to some point. Then it starts again. Also, if you open Yandex panoramas - a black screen. After reinstalling the browser, it also helps, the panoramas work, but for a couple of days.
Reset graphics and browser settings to default. I installed the Intel (on the processor) driver. I rolled back the driver to the previous one - only reinstalling the browser helps.

System info:

Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 19.1 (64-bit)
NVIDIA Driver Version: 450.80.02 (GeForce GT 710)
Server Version Number 11.0
Server Vendor String:The X.Org Foundation
Server Vendor Version:1.19.6 (11906000)

Try turning hardware acceleration off in your browser settings. The option is called:
Use hardware acceleration when available
or
Use hardware acceleration when available
