Actually, there are files in ANSI encoding, after uploading to GitHub, instead of Russian characters, unreadable krakozyabry.
Tell me how you can fix it?

save files in utf.
if for some reason this is not possible, then convert back and forth on the fly using filters or constantly change the encoding in the browser when viewing in raw mode.
