How to get rid of data mixing?

Bottom line: when adding categories, everything is "ok", but when editing the same categories, data is mixed if there are more than two categories.

Accordingly, the display is the same curve for users.
BUT! Interestingly, in the admin panel and in the database, the list of categories is displayed as it should.
What exactly could be the difficulty?
