How to get rid of Chrome browser black shadow when browser window is resized?

Hello, Windows 10 Pro is installed, when you change the size of the Chrome browser window, a black trace / shadow appears from the browser window that moves behind the cursor, and then the window itself. This was not observed in other programs. This behavior is annoying.
Tell me what is the problem and how can I fix something with the video card?
