How to get rid of abnormal cache?

I don’t understand why the application behaves so well on the server than on the local. I return simple jsons. I check - json of half a day ago is returned to me. The cache in the browser is disabled, I tried to apply advice from the forums on how to disable the cache in production - all to no avail.
