How to get remote access on Mac OS X?

There are two Mac computers. For example Macbook Pro Retina 15 and Mac Mini (no monitor). Both are on the same local network. Can I access a Mini desktop like a NAS with Retina 15?. Windows has a client for Mac (Remote Desktop, sort of). But for Mac I have not seen anything like this, only using the terminal.

There is a regular function, if the localization is Russian, then we go to System Preferences - Sharing, put a tick next to "Remote Control" - that's it, now you can log in from another computer via Apple Remote Desktop or any VNC client, if you allow it there in the settings. In one broadcast domain on a neighboring poppy, the ability to connect will appear directly in the Finder. Everything is simple - I think you'll understand.
