How to get real development experience without a staff device?
As a hobby, I am now studying the standard web stack html + css + js + php and reading a little about nodejs and mongodb.
In the future, I would like to try my hand at action. To begin with, I plan to take exercises at codeschool, etc.
I also plan to try topcoder.com. (can this really increase experience, or at least authority?)
I would like to go freelancing abroad, but I don’t feel like training on clients, especially at first, and spoiling your profile is also not good ...
Question: is it possible, with the help of some services, projects, or mentoring, to gain some real experience at least for a strong junior so that you can slowly start crawling out on simple freelance orders on your own? Maybe there are already some invented schemes? The main criterion is without a job in the state (I understand that this is most likely the best option), because. firstly, there is no financial opportunity, and secondly, I don’t want to lose my current job because I’m not completely sure that this will trample on me.
