How to get Product Characteristics when synchronizing with the site (in offers.xml)?

Guys, we need help. I have 1s Retail 2.2. I do synchronization with a WP (Woocommerce) site using the WooCommerce plugin and 1C:Enterprise/1C:Enterprise Data Exchange, CommerceML 2.1C exchange format
generates offers.xml and import.xml files and sends them to the site. Interested in the question of forming characteristics in the offers.xml file
In theory, it should have fields something like
< ProductCharacteristics> <ProductCharacteristics
>
<Name>SizeDescription>
<Value>43Value> ProductCharacteristic>
But
they are not in my file, product characteristics in 1s are set individually when setting item prices, they specify Additional information (Brand, Color)
How to get them
It needs to be edited by the General module ExchangeSite or where to dig?
