How to get pictures from Cyrillic domain .moscow?

Good afternoon.
The following problem occurred while importing new positions to the site:
the csv file has an Image URLs (x,y,z...) column.
Everything works until this column contains a value like http://furniture-chernozemya.moskva/wa-data/public/sho...
That is, prestashop does not like the Cyrillic domain .moskva - I encountered this for the first time.
And in the browser this link opens and shows, as it should, the picture.
I had an idea to download all such pictures with the Content Downloader program, but it also gives in to the domain name.
Advise something, please.
