How to get organization data from OpenStreetMap?

The OpenStreetMap has information about organizations like name, phone number, website address, opening hours, etc.
I tried to download a map dump from gis-lab.info/projects/osm_dump and upload it from OpenStreetMap itself, but in the end, there is no such information in the database imported from these files. There is only a name and a type.
How can I get information about organizations from OSM?
If I'm looking in the wrong place or looking in the wrong way, can you share useful materials on this topic?

@dinizzzo

In general, the problem turned out to be inattention when reading the documentation. The dump was loaded into the PostgreSQL database using osm2pgsql, and I thought that by default all the information that is in the file is loaded, which turned out to be wrong. To load the necessary tags, you must use the --hstore-all switch.

not all organizations have these data in the OSM.
most really only have a name and a type.
the base is filled with volunteers, so fullness is not guaranteed.
