How to get OAuth VK API token?

Created a Standalone application. I drove into it the address http:/ /domain.ru/ with the domain domain.ru . I form a special address as it is said in the documentation, where as REDIRECT_URI I write http:/ /domain.ru/dir/ or just http:/ /domain.ru/ . But as a response I get the error "redirect_uri is incorrect, check application domain in the settings page"

There is a Base domain section where you need to enter domains on which you can do REDIRECT_URI
