How to get money from foreign employers these days?

Actually the question is in the title.
I work as a freelancer and consistently had a flow of clients from Europe, and now everything is complicated by the fact that I received transfers directly to the VISA card, and now the customer simply cannot transfer money to me for work through the usual payment services
Please advise some workaround

Just tinkoff and r / s IP in it. Already worked out after the full introduction of sanctions - all the rules.

If you work as a self-employed, you can use services like easystaff.io. You immediately receive rubles on any card (including the WORLD). Quite adequate commission and support in Russian. I tried it myself

Webmoney (dollar account on WMZ) and further withdrawal anywhere through intermediary sites, at least to a card, at least somewhere

Yes, r / s IP, and there are no problems.
But I wouldn't idealize Tinkoff like that.
My colleagues and I did not have the best (to put it mildly) impression of him.
The case is as follows (all amounts, dates and rates are fictitious, any coincidence with real ones is an accident):
- let's say, on January 1, 1000 euros payment under the contract comes to my transit account. the exchange rate of the Central Bank at the time of receipt of funds - 100 rubles per euro.
- the bank should automatically sell 80% of these 1,000 euros, converting them into rubles, and credit them to my ruble account.
- the internal buying rate in Tinkoff at this moment is 95 rubles per euro. I send documents for currency control (hereinafter - VC), internally agreeing that ok, let it be 95, I won’t wait.
- VC lasts 3-4 days (by the way, before it was no more than 2 hours), during which the euro exchange rate decreases and at the time of the end of the VC it is 75 rubles per euro.
And this is where the magic happens: it turns out that Tinkoff exchanges these mandatory 80% of foreign exchange earnings at the rate at the time the VK operation was confirmed, and not at the moment when I confirmed the operation and sent the payment to VK. And this payment will go to the tax base for me at the rate that was in effect at the time the funds were received in the transit account - 100 rubles per euro.
I advise you to pay attention to other banks, where the exchange rate of the mandatory part of the proceeds is taken at the time you confirm the payment, and not the moment it is confirmed by the VC. Yes, initially the difference in the exchange rate from Tinkoff can be within 1 ruble down, but for me it’s better than sitting and literally praying for 3-4 days, if only the euro exchange rate didn’t fall below the plinth.
