How to get money from America?

Yes, I know this question has probably been asked 100,500 times.
But still, I receive euros or dollars in the United States.
1. How can I open an account in order to transfer money to it at the beginning. (so as not to bother people because of the sanctions)
If it’s rude in which bank outside of Russia you can remotely open an account in order to transfer transfers from the USA to it in a simple way using the card number.

2. I know about such systems as pypal, pyyoneer. (I think you can register in them and use them as a hub, (it seems to me)
I heard about Chinese systems to which they are now actively connected to Russia, but it seems that only MTS issues these cards at the moment. (I'm not talking about world cards)
How long will they be are operational? (I am interested in replenishment)

Description.
K 1. In order not to create a hassle for the sender, I thought to make some kind of hub account to which the client will pay.
And only then I will suffer how to transfer this money to Russia. (so as not to shift it to the sender)
I think the money can be stored there for 2-3 months until the situation changes or spent if you go abroad. (Well, or just withdraw to Russia)
The account should be secure enough.

K 2. Ways to transfer money from the USA directly from the sender or account if possible.
The word "directly" I do not mean directly directly, but can make an account in a bank in Turkey or Israel (Or something like that and transfer through them).
But I don’t know if this is possible, whether it will be possible to draw simple conclusions on these cards, and whether it is possible to open an account remotely.

Another option was with cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. Buy using a hub account and sell in Russia for rubles.
For ours are now ready to transfer rubles into anything, so I think there will be buyers.
But I am extremely poorly informed on this topic, not being able to buy ...

You can forget about cards. It remains to transfer to a bank account, if in money. Transfer through third countries where the intermediary organization works, but then you came up with an exchanger.
Crypto through exchanges / exchangers. Or from wallet to wallet.

If we are talking about an account of an individual, now it will not be possible to open an account completely remotely anywhere. But it also makes no sense, transfer by card number from the United States in most cases is impossible. Not to mention the fact that it is not accepted there, such functionality is simply not available in most banks. The closest that is used in the USA is cashapp and its analogues.
You can also accept payments from abroad to your RU-bank account via SWIFT, there are no problems with this.
There are no problems with cryptocurrencies yet. See Binance and other exchanges with p2p functionality.
