How to get money for an unreceived item?

I bought an item from a seller who hadn't traded before (there was a 0 in the sold column ). He wrote that he had sent it, but now 38 days have passed, and there is no product. I go to the seller's profile and see that it has been deleted; I open a dispute in PayPal and after a while I transfer it to a claim. What are the chances that the money (~ 2.5 thousand rubles) will be returned to me.

Create a claim about an undelivered item. When asked if you contacted the supplier, answer yes (because if you answer no, you will be asked to do so). In the comments, write that the item is not available and the seller's account is not available. The application will be considered within a week and most likely the money will be returned.
Keep in mind that ebay holds your money for 45 days from the date of purchase and does not give it back to the seller. In this regard, the deadline for filing a complaint is 45 days from the date of payment. Hurry up.

I had a similar situation 2 months ago. The amount is 400 USD, the goods went nowhere. I opened the case, after 2 weeks they returned the money to my PAypal account.
