How to get Kibana 3 event upload?

There is an ELK. Kibana 3 versions.
In the web application, only graphs and events are visible, which can be filtered by field names, but there is no possibility to filter by value and even a hint of data import.
Please explain how you can upload events to CSV or any other file format?
