How to get investments for a running B2B application?

Hello!
I have a project - a free B2B SaaS application. Its analogues exist both in Russia and abroad.
I am the only person in the team who developed this application in my spare time. Now it is actively used by about 100 companies and sometimes new ones appear.
I see the future of the project if I can devote full time to it.
In this regard, the thought arises whether the receipt of investments is the solution to this problem. According to information on the Internet, the impression was that such projects are not of interest to investors - there is no technological innovation, there is no team. My application lags behind analogues, and there are advantages only in the form of ideas and being free.
Is it possible to get advice somewhere - how best to proceed and does the project have any prospects?
Has anyone been in a similar situation?

1. You need to get up close and personal with the study of online marketing and business in general. Read more books (the MIF publishing house has more than enough of them) and blogs of successful entrepreneurs.
2. Add a paid package. Even if only one user goes to it, this will already allow you to get feedback and draw conclusions as to which direction you need to move on.
3. If you are interested in a project and you believe in it, then lend money and dedicate yourself to it. In this case, of course, you need a team. Trying to seriously develop the project yourself is not a good idea.
PS I also recommend that you read the article , which I recently published on Habré, about my own experience in creating a company.

If 100 companies are actively using it, why not make some restrictions that they offer to bypass for money. Or a paid extension of functionality.
You should read books on marketing and analyze your competitors. Something incredible is written about teams and some innovations from above. Better, really, think about the profit. Moreover, you already have attracted customers. It remains only to push them to ensure that they pay.
"Unfortunately, the number of users of our service is growing, and with it the load on our servers is growing. We care about our customers, so we are forced to use more power and introduce the provision of service services for a small monthly fee of $ 10. Thank you for your understanding and for that you continue to use our service."

Everything is obvious to me. Investors are not interested because there is no team and no innovation. Solution - we introduce innovations, we are looking for like-minded people.
If you want not to resort to the help of investors, you still need to innovate in order to have more advantages compared to competitors and allow you to make the application paid.

Forget about investors, think about profit. There will be profit - there will be investors (who will no longer be needed). Always count only on yourself. Do not believe this sweet word STARTUP.

And I don’t understand how B2B can be free. The purpose of a business is to make a profit. Purpose of another business. who uses your services is cost reduction. Think about how much money you save your customers, and take 30-50% of this amount - this will be the real cost of your services, by assigning which you can not scare away customers, and not be a loser.
