How to get internet crash statistics on Mikrotik?

Good afternoon.
Mikrotik needs statistics on how often the Internet channel drops. Please tell me how this can be done?
As I understand it, you can, for example, use netwatch (or the like) and alerts, but alerts will not come - there is no Internet.
Ideally, you would receive notifications that the Internet was turned off for so many and for so many minutes - of course, after it was restored, or somewhere to watch it all (can you configure which netflow?).
Thank you.

@Sekii

If you want "right now" + notifications that the connection is gone, then you need to check availability from the outside.
And from the inside - either find out in the outside world after the connection is restored or use alternative notification channels.

There is a watchdog on Mikrotiks, doesn’t he know how to write to the log?
