Is it possible somehow using the REST API VIBER to get information about the user by phone number.

We have a phone number, is it possible to get the user's avatar, when he last logged in, name?

1) If the user is not subscribed to the bot, then you cannot get info by phone number!
2) If signed and not shared with the bot number - also impossible!
3) If you subscribed and shared a number with the bot and you save everything in the database, then you can display userID, avatar, name, country, smartphone model and OS version.
