How to get forward_from_message_id when working with telebot python?

API returns None.
The essence of the problem, I want to use the bot to answer in the channel. The logic is as follows: I select the post I want to comment on, forward it to the bot, and write the appropriate text. The bot grabs the message that I attached and writes my text in the channel on its own behalf. To do this, you need to get the id of the message in the channel, but when sending the message to the bot, the id is not transmitted.
There are options how to make api give message_id when forwarding? There is an assumption that this information is deliberately hidden by the cart because of some kind of politics.
