How to get external access to nextcloudpi?

Hello, please tell me how to get access from the Internet to nextcloudpi?

There was a gray ip, made it white (dynamic). Enabled ddns (no-ip) in the router settings.
I also made a static ip on the raspberi pi 3B+ (192.168.0.100) in the router and forwarded ports from my real ip at 192.168.0.100 to ports 80 and 443.

The essence of the problem:
when you go to ***.ddns.net, a page opens with an invitation to enter to the router.
When you go to ***.ddns.net:443, the page is not available..
It turns out that I incorrectly forwarded the ports? If you go from the local network to 192.168.0.100 - everything works.
Thanks in advance for your replies, I'm attaching a screenshot of the port forwarding

@Zion1

The problem is solved by enabling DMZ and nat loopback
I attach a screenshot of the solution to the problem, maybe someone else will also encounter a similar problem
