How to get E3372 3G modem working in Kubuntu 15.04?

There is Kubuntu 15.04 OS and Windows 7 on one computer.
On Windows, the modem works fine, but on Kubuntu it refuses to connect.
Created "Mobile" connection. The previous modem (3G) worked fine.
When you try to change the created connection, the connection editor crashes.
When you try to connect, it hangs on "Obtaining a network address". Question: How to make this modem work?
PS Sidir and the card and the modem itself are defined normally. lsusb has it.

To begin with, this is an LTE modem, purely for reference.
I have an E3372 plugged into a Linux router - it works great.
Firstly, it has two firmware: one Hi-link, the second works as a 3G modem. I recommend reflashing to Hi-link, in my opinion there is a topic on w3bsit3-dns.com with firmware and instructions.
When it is under Hi-link, try to run it in Linux - it should be defined as a regular network card that already has Internet. You can access the built-in router panel at 192.168.8.1 in a browser.
Windows needs a proprietary driver, but you probably already installed it.
