How to get dialogflow token?

I have been using the DialogFlow service for the VK bot for a long time. Now I went in, created everything anew, but I can’t find where to get the token for the API. Can anyone come across this and tell me where to get a token now

The token is generated after successful authentication by the login/password pair - in the server response.
