How to get data, in tabular form, from OSM (google / yandex maps) about the addresses of residential buildings and their coordinates?

We need coordinates of houses in Minsk at least, regional cities of Belarus at most.
On the map, it looks like this:

In the master's program, I want to improve my bachelor's work on residential real estate value models. Collecting data manually will take a very long time. I think somewhere this data is freely available, but I don’t even know where to look.

I found a ready-made macro on the network, under Yandex.api. In the comments to the macro, someone has already discussed how to fix the problem, he did everything and I can get everything I need.
I don’t know if it’s possible to leave a direct link to the resource, but I google for the request “Getting geo-coordinates from Yandex maps”.

You need to learn how to install some kind of geocoder on OSM data. Such data as you want in finished form is of little use, so no one uploads it. Although the gazetteer generates similar information by country, and there is even Belarus there .
