How to get data from telegram bot to computer?

There is a third-party telegram bot, there is a token for it. The bot receives data from the server. I don’t have access to the databases themselves on the server, only to the telegram bot, (the server is corporate).
The essence of the question is, in any way, you can send data from the bot's telegrams to your personal computer (server) in the database (or Excel spreadsheet).

It is possible, but the solution is not safe!
Option 1
Collect data using getupdates (But I don’t know if messages will be removed after being delivered to the server via WebHook, perhaps this method will conflict and the data will not arrive at the server, I think your company will not be happy about this. Therefore, check this method on your bot , and then torture the corporate one)
Option 2
Get the corporate WebHook with getwebhookinfo , assign the new hook to your server with setwebhook , and proxy the request back to the path you got with getwebhookinfo(But here it’s still unsafe, firstly, they can pile on you when they see that the data is not going directly. Secondly, this will affect the speed of the bot, since your server will also appear in the middle, and thirdly, your server must be constantly available, since the data is not reach the corporate)
