How to get data from QuickBooks system without SDK?

Good afternoon! Has anyone worked with the American accounting system QuickBooks? I was given the task of uploading data from it to the page of the CRM system. The documentation says a lot, but it all comes down to the fact that for authorization you need to get a button and click on it. But I don’t need a button, how can I log in directly there?
