How to get data from Event info in Vue.js?

There is a drop down list.

I make events of type Change on it , so that in the event function by the selected value I call this or that sorting.
Vue DevTools shows such data. and I want to refer to the payload
array , but when calling payload[0] nothing happens. Please tell me how to get the data from here?) Here is the screen. And screenshots of the initial logic of the event. (because maybe an experienced one will tell you that I originally built the event clumsily.) Well, actually the data of the drop-down list.
