How to get data from Android application?

There is an Android application for learning and training English words, the application works offline and, as I understand it, the dictionary (word - translation) is somehow "sewn up" inside the application, something like an internal database. Is it possible to somehow "get" a dictionary from such an application?

Look for apkdecompiler and the output is relatively readable code and all resources. Most likely there is a SQLite format database
