Books and resources on OOP?
At one time there was a problem with solving problems (like on codewars etc), but I thought everything was ok with OOP. Now I am going through the stages of social security and I understand that the PLO is a mess in my head: I get lost and confused on seemingly simple questions. Please share resources and experience in order to know the three whales or how many there are.
The crux of the matter: material is needed, both practical and theoretical. Practical - examples that are clearly written (as with the use of Solid, patterns (optional, but desirable ^ and just ordinary ones).
Theoretical - I would like to see examples with code and UML, read why this way or that. (I found a book on c# "Beginning c# object-oriented programming" by Daniel Clark - flipped through, but haven't read it yet - PS did someone read it? how do you like it?).
It doesn't matter in English or Russian, in java or c#.
I would be very grateful.

If it’s possible, then I’ll answer what you definitely shouldn’t watch / read, so this is when they start saying something like this:
And in general, when they say that OOP models the real world ... Run away from such teachers right away ...
There is an excellent free course in Russian "Designing in C #", ulearn.me
