How to get damaged layer from psd?

Hello, the question is concise but I have not found an answer anywhere:
How to get a damaged layer from a damaged PSD, so that it gets to the damaged one. Through recovery or other means, they simply delete all information, leaving the layer empty, but you need to at least get the damaged layer ( in jpg or png format ) in order to restore at least some information later

Well, now think for yourself, in what form will he give it to you?
There is no "half" layer. This is simply not provided by the program.
FS Schrödinger - There is either correct or damaged.
FS is a program. The program is code. Layers are also code. If the code is not completed (and damage = data loss, what = not completed) - it will not work. Even half.
If, in your psd, there is a story, perhaps paid software will help you. Alya is like that . but in 99% of cases you will either have an empty layer or it won't restore anything.
