The new Paypal Rest API does not yet support payments in rubles ( proof ).
For example, we sell a service to a client for 100 rubles, but when paying, we are forced to issue an invoice in USD for the same amount.
The task is to get the exact RUB / USD ( Paypal exchange rate ) at the time of payment through the Paypal Rest API or in any other way and set the client the amount in USD so that exactly 100 rubles are debited from the client’s card or ruble account.
How to do it?

You shouldn't have any problems with RUB via the REST API. PayPal payments to PayPal must go through.
