How to get comfortable in the IT field?
The crux of the matter is as follows. I have been in this field for a relatively long time. I diligently study PHP, HTML/CSS, JS frameworks, different PHP frameworks, HTML/CSS. In general, I try to become a really worthwhile developer who will not be ashamed to come to the team and show my code and my achievements.
The problem is that the IT community is quite aggressive (maybe it just seems so to me or I just met only such people).
It seems that the moment comes when something turns out far from ideal, of course, but still. There is inspiration, a surge of strength, faith in yourself or something.
But it’s worth showing your achievements, reading an article / book, it doesn’t matter in which it turns out that what you are doing is fundamentally wrong now, this is shit code, they don’t do that and everything like that. This is especially aggressive on such thematic resources, where you ask for advice, want to figure it out, develop, and in response you get that you are the bottom, which must urgently stop programming so as not to replenish the army of shitcoders, etc. After such events, such a decline in strength and desire occurs. You start googling your mistakes, SO MUCH information comes out that it seems that it is impossible to master it.
Dear programmers, developers and everyone close to this topic, have you ever experienced this? How, firstly, is it easier to treat very aggressive criticism, albeit on the case, and how to learn how to competently develop applications and not drown in all the variety of services/information?
Thanks in advance to all who respond.
