How to get back on track?
I am a computer programmer. I sit in the office (small company) + have a couple of my own projects (for fun).
The last week I can’t work at all, early-spring depression? In general, the word - depression has always bypassed me, am I getting old or something?)
It seems that I just got tired of the “projects” that I do at work, it used to be saved by the fact that I could do my own at home, but now there is less time.
The main question is what to do?
1. Vacation? (they won't let you go now)
2. Resign, look for something more interesting?

Items should not be performed once, but _always_ for about a month, every day.
In a month, there will be much less money, but the desire to work will increase much more)
Quit, change jobs, maybe even specifics, well, or engage in your own projects.
Only good rest. Without technology and thoughts about it. A girl, friends, acquaintances, active rest - this is what you need to do outside of work.
I myself spent two months tormenting myself at two jobs and realized that money is not the main thing. I turned down one job in the middle of the process. I framed everyone, of course, but now at least I don’t look like a vegetable.
If a normal vacation is impossible, then an emotional shake-up is needed - do something extraordinary, such that you just don’t dare.
It happens, especially if the projects are old, fat, with crutches and scars. Or when your qualifications have long grown from those "projects" that you are involved in. I would change jobs if I were you. I don’t like holidays, just like holidays, after them it’s very hard to return to the rhythm. Perhaps it makes sense to change the field of activity, if there is a possibility of training. At one time, the transition from desktop programming to the web helped me a lot in this regard.
Rest, rest and more rest. Weekends, evenings after work. Walks in the open air. Long restful sleep. Physical activity, some hobbies completely unrelated to work.
Any change in the usual daily routine, and you will notice that not everything is so dull.
Sports, walks, chatting with friends (not only on the Internet), new acquaintances.
