Colleagues,
we rented an office "for growth", so for now, in addition to the current team, there is an empty place.
We will be happy with the idea that it is possible to arrange for now in this space (except for the storage of radioactive waste :) Well, it is still desirable to have something "near IT". Well, it is meant to be monetized.

It depends on your area, I wouldn’t lose my premises, in IT I do repairs and programming, I always strive to work out all areas, so there are a lot of everything and there are no extra resources, I would arrange a warehouse for spare parts and tools that can occupy absolutely any area than The larger the area of the warehouse, the more order, or I would arrange a "server room", but different servers are needed, ranging from DDoS of unscrupulous competitors to Data-mining.
If you can't find a use for it yourself, rent it out to those who can!
