How to get around things like Cloudflare, Varnish and the like?

There is a task that involves working with several dozen American Internet resources, which naturally do not let you in with a Russian IP using things like Cloudfalre, Varnish, Imperva and PerimeterX. Until recently, it was possible to use free VPNs sometimes by poking captcha, but now even this method does not work.
I had the idea to set up my own PPTP or L2TP/IPSec server somewhere in the USA, but I ran into 3 problems:

  • What are the best processor/memory settings for three simultaneous users?
  • If these values are not very important, then where can I find a cheap VDS for these purposes?
  • What is the probability that my host provider's address pool will be blacklisted by these CDNs?

Also glad to hear alternative solutions.

Why not more suitable options, from openvpn to wireguard?
To transmit surfing data of three people, the most minimal VDS configuration is sufficient. I usually recommend Stardust from Scaleway for such purposes - I haven't seen it cheaper yet.

Unlikely. Why should European/American resources block addresses from their regions?
