How to get around the error "The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known that it cannot work properly under Windows."?
There is a flash cartridge for the SNES console. There are drivers from the manufacturer for OS up to Windows 7. I use Windows 10. The year before last, the driver from Win 7 was suitable. Now, when installing the driver on the current version of Windows 10 (having previously disabled digital signature verification), the installation is successful, but in the device status I see:
"The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known that it cannot work normally under Windows. Please contact the manufacturer for a new driver (Code 48)
Click "Search for Solutions" to submit this device to Microsoft to see if there is a known solution to this problem."
Is there any way to win this? I want to play on SNES :-)

As far as I remember, Win10 1703 "corrected" support for obsolete pnp devices, work with drivers without digital signatures, etc.
If you want to, then you should downgrade to 1607 LTSC.
