There was such a task:
to receive data about site visitors by mail or somewhere else, "catching" information from the visitor of the VK profile authorized on the computer.
I know that in order to obtain many personal data, a site or application must first obtain permission from the user. But sometimes I notice that some annoying ads give out banners similar to VK messages, but with my avatar inside. How do they do it?
I would like to know how to work with the API to get this kind of data, as well as how to send this data somewhere later.
