Hello, tell me how can I get a free Let's Encrypt certificate so that I can install it for IceCast later? I met a topic on the forum " icecast windows ssl certificate " where the author registered the domain and then downloaded the certificate by performing a series of actions IceCast was already working via https. Tell me, is it possible to download this certificate, get it somehow without domain registrations!? Or are there other ways to get IceCast to work over https!?

You can't get Lest Encrypt without registering domains.
Use self-signed certificates.
