Actually the question is more logical than technical. The task is this: you need to determine the nearest most profitable ATM for withdrawing (read exchange) cash in Turkey.
Getting a rate from a bank seems to be easy: just parse a page with a list of banks in Turkey, but with ATMs
1. Either parse the websites of each bank (pages with lists of ATMs), which of course is problematic
2. Or somehow aggregate data and take it from other sources.
The question is: where can I get data about ATMs around me and how can I impose a rate on these data in these ATMs?
