How to get an authorized VK user ID?

We need an option that, with the consent of the user, sends along with the questionnaire a link to his VK profile if he is authorized (a regular checkbox).
If the user is authorized in the browser, then I can easily catch his id from the cookie and form a link.
But there is a problem with mob. devices.
Is it possible to somehow get the id if the user is only authorized in the corresponding android / ios application?
