How to get amplitude versus time plot of an audio file?
There is a wav file. It is required to get a spectrogram of this file by analogy with AIMP and similar players. It is also required to get an array from this spectrogram. Actually how to do it? From which side to dig?

In my opinion, the spectrogram and amplitude are two different things.
The spectrum is obtained through the fast Fourier transform. And the amplitude seems to be just what the waf file contains. There are a lot of libraries for reading waf - Google to the rescue.
