Why does the Maono-a03 microphone make a strange sound?

Why does the microphone make a strange sound? I wanted to use the Maono-a03 microphone for asmr and bought a sound blaster sound card for it. The sound is flat and after any sound there is a slight echo with some kind of interference. What's the matter?
